Might your need to be more successful at employee engagement
be met by this London UK training course
called Skills with People?

Yes if you agree with the following

  • I'm not sure I'm getting the best out of my people.
  • Some of them don't seem to be as motivated as I need them to be.
  • There seems to be a barrier between us and I don't know how to get through it and make a real connection with them.

What you'll take away from this employee engagement training

This employee engagement training will make you much more connected with people. You'll develop skills that will enable you to tune in much better on their wavelength and get them tuned in much better on yours. You'll be able to talk straight with them and give them really effective feedback. You'll win their trust and get them to take you more into their confidence when they're struggling to do what you want them to do. As soon as you feel their level of engagement is slipping you'll be able to discuss it openly with them and resolve the problem.

How the skills you'll practise on this course
will make you much more successful
at employee engagement

The skills that will give you the power to succeed in employee engagement will also give you the power to succeed with your bosses, your peers, your friends and relations ... indeed, with anyone you interact with. They're a simple set of basic communication skills with universal usefulness.

What you'll learn is a powerful blend of the two most crucial skills, empathy and assertiveness. We all have these skills to some degree, or at least the potential for them. They're in our genes. They may have gone rusty or been blunted by life’s experiences but they're recoverable. The course aims to help you recover them. It is a how-do-you-actually-say-it coursewith lots of clear guidance and coaching on how you can apply the skills to your own difficult conversations.

We'll help you master the skills, and coach you in putting them into practice when you most need them. We'll also help you identify common mental habits that get in the way. Mental habits matter. They're the reason why these skills are not necessarily easy.  Becoming aware of them is a step towards laying them aside.
