How to arrange your free exploratory coaching session

Just contact us for a preliminary chat and in order to arrange a suitable time for your free session. The session can take up to 90 minutes. Its purpose is to enable you to sample our coaching before committing yourself to the Skills with People course. It will enable you to assess how helpful the course will be in meeting your own particular need.

What happens in the session?

The session is private and confidential, and one to one. We help you explore the way you interact with people, the effect you have on them, and how you could change your approach if you're not happy with the effect your having on them. You'll find this very specific behavioural diagnosis practical and helpful, and you'll find us supportive and encouraging. Please see our suggestion on how to prepare yourself for this coaching.
