How to avoid being weak - a management training course

Submitting to someone else’s  wish – betraying your own  instincts because you’re afraid to say no – is weakness.  But how could you avoid being weak without being provocative ?  Simply by saying how you honestly  feel.  For example, “I’m nervous of saying this because I don’t want to annoy you, but I don’t feel right about doing what you’ve asked me to do”.

Some people will find this hard because they’re not used to talking so openly about their feelings.  But you can learn and practise it on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.  It’ll give you courage to avoid being weak.

But how can you be sure this course in the communication skills that can help you avoid being weak is for you?
