Talking about feelings at work - a management training course
Is it OK to talk about feelings at work? It’s not only OK – it makes tense situations much easier to handle, provided you know how to talk about feelings rather than act them out. “You’re an idiot!” acts out your frustration, but, “I’m frustrated because you’re not taking my point seriously”, is a much more effective way of expressing the feeling.
You can learn and practise how to talking about feelings constructively at work on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.
But how can you be sure this training in talking about feelings at work is for you?
