Showing enthusiasm - a management training course

How can you show enthusiasm?  Simply by putting your feelings into words.  Don’t assume people know you’re enthusiastic without being told.  They’re not telepathic.  They need you to spell it out.  “I feel very good about what we’re/you’re doing, and I’m keen for us/you to do even more of it.”  Is  this what you tell people?
