Reducing misunderstandings - a management training course

It’s very easy to misunderstand people.  When you’re listening to someone a good way to reduce misunderstandings is to ask them how understood  you’re making them feel – you can even ask them to quantify it on a scale of zero to ten.  It’s an easy question for them to answer.  If they give you a low score you know you need to listen harder.

You can develop and practise your listening skill in order to reduce misunderstandings on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in reducing misunderstandings is for you?
