Opposing without argument - a management training course

How can you oppose someone’s idea without provoking an argument?  It’s difficult, because if you seem to be attacking  someone’s idea they’re bound to defend  it.  The secret is to say first what's genuinely valuable in the idea – after all, few ideas are totally useless or totally perfect.  Then your criticism won’t be received as an attack.

You can develop and practise your skill at opposing without argument on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in opposing without argument is for you?
