Having more credibility - a management training course
How could you have more credibility? By communicating not your opinions and judgements but the feelings behind them. It means translating statements like, “I don’t think we should do x”, into emotionally communicative statements like, “I’m extremely worried about the risk of doing x”. This carries more weight and will usually be taken more seriously.
