Meeting with hostility - a management training course

Here are three ways of meeting with hostility at work:

  • With fear and submission:  “Please don’t attack me.  I’ll do anything you want.”
  • With anger and aggression:   “Bastard!  I’ll get you for this!”
  • With neither fear nor anger, but with honest and open emotional intelligence:  “Ouch!  That hurt!  You must be very angry.”

You can learn and practise meeting with hostility with quiet but effective assertiveness on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in meeting with hostility is for you?
