Honest communications - a management training course

How can you communicate honestly but constructively?  By giving voice not to opinions  but to feelings.  For example, if you say, “In my opinion your decision’s a bad one”, you risk causing an argument and your opinion being rejected, whereas, “I’m very worried about your decision because …”, is no less honest but much more likely to be taken seriously.

You can learn the art of honest constructive communication by giving voice to your feelings on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in honest communication is for you?
