How could you get better feedback? By asking better questions. If you want feedback about how good a listener you are, don’t ask for general opinions about it. Be more specific - ask for specific facts. Ask, “How understood do I make you feel?” And to make the feedback even more specific and useful, ask, “How understood do I make you feel on a scale of zero to ten ?"
