Criticising without antagonising - a management training course

How can you criticise someone without antagonising them?  Criticism is bound to feel like an attack unless you take special care to avoid it coming over that way.  You have to:

  • Convince them first that you hold them in high esteem.
  • Make the criticism as specific  as possible.
  • Be careful to criticise only what they’ve said  or done, not them as a person.

You can learn and practise the skill of criticising without antagonising on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in criticising without antagonising is for you?
