Avoiding being bossy - a management training course

How can you get people to do what you want and avoid being bossy?  Bossy is threatening and aggressive – it puts people’s backs up (“I’ve told you before.  I won’t tell you again.  Do this.  Don’t do that.”)  You need to translate this into an assertive  way of speaking (“I’m very concerned that you’re still doing it this way because it’s bad for the business”).

You can learn to speak assertively and get people to do what you want without being bossy on our highly acclaimed London UK management training course, “Skills with People”.

But how can you be sure this training in getting people to do what you want without being bossy is for you?
