Is Skills with People a remedial course?

That depends on your need.  People who benefit from the course fall into three categories roughly in the percentages shown below:

  • Successful people who, because they're preparing themselves for a different or more demanding role, want to enhance their already well developed skills (about 35%).
  • People who because they're not always using the most effective approaches are not always as successful as they'd like to be (about 40%).
  • People who've discovered there's a problem with some of their relationships at work that could threaten their career if they don't do something about it (about 25%).   Yes, the course aims to help them tackle the problem.

But whichever group you're in, before deciding whether the course is for you, we invite you for a free initial telephone exploratory session.
