Influencing skills training 

The better you can connect with people the more able you are to influence them.  Connecting means building rapport, tuning in on their wavelength and enabling them to tune in on yours.  It has to do with your ability to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.  If you can create such an atmosphere there are few situations at work in which you can’t achieve your goals, and that’s what this London based influencing skills training course aims to achieve.

The course is designed to develop your understanding, your basic skills, and your ability to apply the basic skills to a wide range of influencing tasks at work, with the main emphasis on skills and applications (see management coaching methods – a description of the training and coaching methods used on the course). 

The Skills with People course is in effect a very concentrated programme of influencing skills training and could equally well be called an Influencing skills training course even though that is not its title (see Skills with People course contents).  Every page on this website is relevant to the subject of influencing skills training.  (See also Persuasion skills and Consulting skills).
